Come move in gratitude for all the women you have once been. A collaboration of a Moving Mediation with Jo Tholström, accompanied by a Sound Bath with Abbi Burnam. May this evening give you space to honor and listen to all the women who made you the living breathing thing that you are today.

About the event

We will begin sharing our individual voices, offering a space for you and the 'women you have been' to be seen and heard. This expression of our voices will lead us to the mindful cathartic movement with Jo, concluding in the restful integration of all you parts and versions immersed in a Sound bath with Abbi.
