Join us for a candlelit evening of REST from our jolly ol' stress. Time to do a little dance for the light you radiate on this darkest night~ The Winter Solstice. Rest can come in many forms. We invite you to a 'Moving Meditation' with Jo, accompanied by the joyful violinist Julie Beistline.

About the event
Winter asks us to go inward and reclaim a slower intentional pace. What a gift. On the eve of this year's Winter Solstice we desire to align with nature's rhythm and offer an opportunity for you slow down and celebrate the light you bring to the darkest night of the year. Long winter days and cold nights 'call us' to radiate our warmth and shine together in community as a chorus of light. The stars shine brighest on a clear, dark, cold night.
We are joyous to share an evening moving our bodies and unwinding our holiday breath with you. Jo's moving meditation will encourage you to find an inner rhythm that aligns with winter's quiet progress. Julie's artform on the violin will beckon you to go deeper into the harmony and wholeness that you already embody.
