Breathwork with Jo for Healing & Awakening

My friends, I have recently returned from the jungle where I had one of the most transformative experiences of my life with Conscious Connected Breathing. I not only experienced this deep, loving, awakening modality of Breathwork but I was trained to guide you into the wisdom of your own breath.  Are you curious what happens to your consciousness when the focused, analytical, protective part of your brain gets a REST? It is amazing! All I ask is for you to have an open mind, as a transcendent experience could be in store for you. 

Maybe there is a weight on your heart, maybe a part of your body is inflammed, maybe there has been some emotional turbulence that you have been dealing with. Maybe your mind feels overwhelmed. Maybe there is a sadness, a grievance, or a regret. Maybe you just feel stinking stressed out  or anxious. Maybe the winter weight has become too heavy. Whatever it is, this breathwork practice will help you heal.
