My friends,
Something within me has changed. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. And with so much suffering in the world right now, I feel absurd sharing my joy. Not today. Not today, I can't keep it to myself. Breathwork has changed me. I'm not the same. Since January, I am witnessing a new me that is not attached to suffering. It is wild. All I desire is to hand out this 'medicine' with abandon. We have it within us. Of course we did. We are nature.
